The Department of Education at UMBC, in collaboration with Arts Education in Maryland Schools (AEMS), is proud to offer the 15th annual Arts Integration conference as a reflection of our commitment to support all teachers to optimize instructions through arts integration.
This year, the conference has transitioned to a free and virtual series with eight events. We hope you will join us!
Get informed and inspired about optimizing learning and engagement by connecting the arts to your teaching.
The virtual series starts in March 2021 with a keynote presented by Alysia Lee, Coordinator of Fine Arts, MSDE. Weekly workshops will be available on each Thursday in March (two workshops for ninety minutes each week). There will be one hour follow-up session for each of the workshops to dive deeper into intervention strategies and to share outcomes.
Registration is required for all events and is FREE!
